By accessing or using Lovify, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

1. Platform Description

Lovify is a music streaming platform that allows approved artists to upload and share cover-song recordings with listeners.

Artist applications and uploaded recordings are manually reviewed before being published on the platform.

2. Artist Accounts

To upload content, artists must create an account, provide accurate information, complete the onboarding process, and receive approval from Lovify.

Lovify reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove artist accounts at its sole discretion.

3. Content Submission

Artists retain ownership of the recordings they create and upload, subject to applicable laws and the rights of third parties.

By uploading content, artists confirm that:

• The uploaded recording is their own performance or recording, or that they are otherwise entitled to upload it.
• The information provided about themselves and their recordings is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
• The content is not intentionally uploaded to violate the rights of others.

Lovify may review, reject, remove, or modify content metadata before or after publication to maintain platform quality, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these Terms.

4. Cover Songs

Lovify is a platform dedicated to streaming cover-song performances created by independent artists.

Cover recordings may incorporate musical compositions, lyrics, and other intellectual property owned by third parties. Those rights remain the property of their respective owners.

Lovify does not require artists to represent or warrant that they have obtained permissions or licences from every applicable rights holder, nor does Lovify represent or guarantee that any uploaded recording is licensed for every use or jurisdiction.

Lovify respects the rights of composers, lyricists, publishers, performers, record labels, and other copyright owners. If a rights holder or their authorized representative believes that content on the platform infringes their rights, they may contact Lovify. Upon receiving a valid complaint, Lovify may review, restrict, or remove the content where appropriate.

Approval or publication of a recording by Lovify is solely a platform moderation decision and does not constitute a legal determination regarding copyright ownership, licensing, or infringement.

5. Listener Access

Listeners may stream publicly available recordings without creating an account.

Users may not:

• Copy or redistribute recordings without permission.
• Download content through unauthorized means.
• Use automated systems to scrape platform content.
• Interfere with platform security or operations.

6. Intellectual Property

Lovify's software, branding, design, logos, and platform features are owned by Lovify and protected by applicable laws.

Artists retain ownership of recordings they upload.

Underlying musical compositions, lyrics, and publishing rights remain the property of their respective rights holders.

7. Content Removal

Lovify may remove content at any time, including for reasons such as:

• Copyright complaints.
• Licensing concerns.
• Violation of platform policies.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Legal requests.
• Operational or moderation decisions.

8. Disclaimer

Lovify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, uninterrupted service, or suitability for any purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

10. Termination

Lovify may suspend or terminate access to the platform, artist accounts, or content at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

Lovify may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
